We believe there are three parts of every person. We are not just our body, we are also a mind and a spirit. Training is designed to develop a mindset for success, physical health, and emotional/spiritual resilience. The Dojo USA program is focused on balancing physical and non-physical training.
Our physical martial arts program develops: focus, strength, balance, coordination, flexibility while our non-physical training, called our “character development program,” is structured around building powerful, positive lifestyle habits.
Combined with the physical, the 5 Habits of our Character program: Courtesy, Healthy Eating, Kindness, Self-Control, and Continual learning through personal growth will develop a personal discipline that creates success not just with our program but out of the dojo and in the world as well.
