Do you add sweet or JUST sour?

What I see in you when I look in the mirror is strength, power and endurance.  These are every ingredient needed for perseverance.  All I can do is continue to encourage you to see it in the mirror too.  If I left the sugar out of a cake, you'd taste it right away.  When you practice your smile in the midst of training, its learning to add enjoyment (adding your "sugar") to the challenge, realistically what happens over time is that this becomes your anchor in the storm.  You can have sweets......every time you train.  

 

Muscles burning, being winded, feeling fatique this are just a few of the "sours" of training, your sweet is your energy, your strength, your commitment to being better.  Your sweets are what have and what will continue to deliver you your victories.  Seeing you grasp that is a gift, thank you.  The MOST important muscle in your development is your faith.  Its the muscle that keeps getting stronger with challenges, your faith is DEFINED by your sours.  With a lack of faith, the sours consume us, they make up give up and quit.  But faith is the power to move forward when your results are still invisible.  

Have some AWE for yourself today, you are awesome!  This is the time to be looking at all your goods, rounding out 2016 wiht strength, "finishing strong" is done through action of faith.  Take steps today, small as you wish, but keep stepping out in faith, your good is coming!  The "A" student on the first day of school is an "A" student by faith alone, with action behind that is enough to make it so.  Put the A in your Awesome, see the day as if its already happened, see things the way in which you want them to be, and then use this as your map to navigate the storms of today, with faith in yourself you will be anchored to your good and it will come.
